CANCUN!!! April 25 - May 2, 2007

To celebrate my big 30th b-day I wanted to go somewhere fun & thought what better place than Cancun! I took along my Mom and our good friends Londa & her daughter Jen. We wanted to do an all-inclusive resort (who can beat all the booze you can drink!) so after talking to several of my friends who have stayed at the same hotel, we decided to stay at the Riu Cancun and I'm glad we did - I'd go back there in a heartbeat! Of course naturally I had to make a trip to the Hard Rock Cafe while I was there! After being a beach bum for a week unfortunately it was back to the real world - DAMN! Yup, I even got sun-burned, man that Mexican sun will kill ya!! Guess I shouldn't have been drinkin' and laying out at the same time :)

No, that's not me in costume (lol) - that's a real live Gorilla named Coco who was hanging out on the beach for awhile - she was too funny, she loved posing with people and flicking them off!! Here's my Mom and I with her.

The resort left me a gift basket of fruit in my room for my b-day, along with a note! That was really nice of them but I was hoping for the hot guy from the International show we went and saw......... :)

I mean a liquor dispenser in your room!! Does it GET any better than that??!!! I had to pass on the tequila though - after my BAAAAAAAAD experience with it over at Floyd's in 2005 I can't even stand to smell the stuff!!
