LOUISVILLE GRAND OPENING - MAY 31, 2004
I headed to Louisville to meet up with some friends for the Grand Opening on May 31st. This was my 2nd Grand
Opening I attended and I had a blast! I was finally able to meet some
of my long time pin trading buddies as well as see many friends I have met
over the years. At 4:30am I got a call from my friend Jim that people
were already in line for the Grand Opening! Needless to say I was up
and ready to go in no time and my friend George and I got there at 5:45am and we were
about 35 people back - yes, we are all crazy aren't we? LOL - thankfully my
friend Jim Passmore brought us lawn chairs to sit on! It
was so nice to see everyone again, of course Brian Middleton and Marty
Campbell win
my vote for the entertainment! |
